Job Description

• Greeting patients
• Managing appointment bookings
• Managing payments
• Maintaining comprehensive patient records
• General administrative tasks
• Assisting with rostering, payroll, marketing, training and stock management tasks when required
• Working collaboratively with the supportive, close-knit team

Qualifications

• Experience in the dental industry - minimum of one year’s experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanour and presentation
• Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
