Reporting & Analytics Program Manager

In This Role

You will serve as the Program Manager for Reporting & Analytics supporting a large-scale warehouse transformation initiative. This role will bridge business stakeholders in the U.S. with a development team based offshore, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable reporting solutions. You will lead a small team of developers, align business requirements to technical deliverables, oversee user acceptance testing, and enable leadership visibility into operational and program performance. The role requires both expertise in program management and a strong grounding in analytics/reporting practices—you are not expected to be a developer, but must be fluent in software delivery, testing, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small offshore team of developers to deliver reporting and analytics solutions that enable supply chain and operations visibility.
  • Partner with business, data, and engineering teams to define and align KPIs for efficiency, service levels, inventory health, and cost-to-serve.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
  • Manage development and delivery of scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for reporting deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, functional integrity, and business readiness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate program schedules, risks, and issues, providing clear reporting and updates to stakeholders.
  • Support executive and stakeholder reporting by delivering timely insights that track milestones, adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Drive alignment across distributed teams (U.S. stakeholders and India-based developers) to ensure on-time, quality reporting solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of program or project management experience (Level 3 equivalent).
  • 5+ years in reporting/data analytics (Power BI or equivalent BI platforms).
  • 3–5 years of program/project management experience leading reporting or analytics projects.
  • 3–5 years collaborating with technical teams (developers, data engineers, QA) to deliver solutions.
  • Strong background in KPI development, reporting governance, and business requirements gathering.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or operations reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Hands-on exposure to UAT/test plan development for reporting/analytics deliverables.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
