We're looking for a proactive and curious Project Manager ready to take the lead on a high-impact transformation initiative in Post-Trade operations. 

We have a strong footprint in the banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsabilities:

• Steer the full project lifecycle, from scope and planning to execution and delivery.
• Align stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources with precision.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration, remove roadblocks, and keep teams focused.
• Ensure clear, consistent reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Proven track record in large-scale banking or post-trade projects.
• Strong command of project governance: scope, budget, planning, risk.
• Confident working in multi-entity, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communicator and team leader.
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, and solid understanding of functional/technical constraints.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
