What You’Ll Do:

Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the GM of Marketing APAC, will be responsible for overseeing all marketing GTM efforts across APAC (Australia; N Asia: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea; and SE Asia: Singapore, Indonesia and India) with responsibilities including brand and performance marketing. We’re looking for a marketing leader and visionary, who is excited to roll up their sleeves. A results driven, storyteller who gets excited to simplify data, build relationships and accelerate growth across the industry. 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive APAC go-to-market strategy that covers both the region as a whole and priority country plans (Australia, India, Japan, China, Singapore)  
  • Be a true business partner to the APAC leadership team, working closely to set vision for growth, innovate brand building initiatives, and critically thinking about what is require to accelerate growth  
  • Set vision for growth and partner with senior commercial leaders to engage in debate, hone our strategy, and prove results  
  • Unite APAC marketing function by managing country brand leaders based in Australia, Singapore, India, Japan, and. Hong Kong. Regional leadership, but not formal management of cross functional team including: digital, performance marketing, events, research & insights, editorial, PR/Comms, and creative.  
  • Establish KPIs for the region, countries and marketing; track and report on metrics; collaborate with local and marketing leaders to continuously optimize plans 
  • Represent TTD, our perspective, and macro market drivers on industry stages at internal and external events  
  • Develop a strong point of view on messaging and how to simplify storytelling to break through with new and existing clients 
  • Find joy in defining the global/local balance, partner closely with other marketing leaders across the globe, build consensus, and inspire the team to succeed  

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • 15+ years of marketing experience at a brand advertiser, agency, media company, product marketing, performance marketing/demand generation 
  • Understandingoftheprogrammatic advertisingindustry and AdTech ecosystem  
  • Clear understanding and experience working with and presenting to sales teams 
  • Compelling storyteller obsessed with performance motivated to simplify complexity. 
  • High EQwith the ability to buildrelationshipsacross large teamsand thrive in fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven ability to concept, develop, and execute integrated campaigns through paid, campaigns, events, editorial, social, and thought leadership  
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing including: demand generation, pipeline generation, analytics, events, and editorial  
  • Detail-oriented, proactive attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects  
  • Able to work independently and communicate up, down and laterally to project stakeholders 
  • Comfortable in gray space with ability to break down complex problems into actionable work plans with test and learn agenda  
  • Experienced developing and managing a large team of 20+ people 
  • Proficiency across multiple marketing tools/systems a plus:  Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, Marketo, Asana Bizible, Excel, Tableau  
  • Mix of B2B/B2C background a plus
