Entry Level Project Coordinator (HVAC)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level HVAC Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering HVAC projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone interested in launching a career in the HVAC or construction industry and gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, and client communication.

•  Location: West Monroe, LA
• Position: Full time permanent
• Pay: up to $45K a year with potential to make more based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks to support the project management team.
• Assist in preparing customer invoices and closing out completed projects.
• Coordinate with field teams to confirm site readiness, job progress, and final inspections and permitting.
• Maintain accurate records of project files, drawings, equipment submittals, and change orders
• Assist in planning and coordinating HVAC installation, retrofit, or service projects from start to finish.
• Support the creation and tracking of project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project management or scheduling software is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• We are willing to train the right applicant if they have no prior MEP experience.
