Service Engineer

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware installation, integration, and onsite validation for OSINTS systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting of server, network, and GPU/accelerator components.
• Support system bring-up, firmware updates, and diagnostic testing.
• Document and escalate technical issues in coordination with engineering and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Provide onsite reporting, issue tracking, and status updates to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for component handling and tool management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or Foreign Languages, or at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware (rack integration, GPU nodes, networking).
• Familiar with diagnostic tools, firmware flashing, and system validation.
• Ability to read technical schematics and apply SOPs accurately.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by project.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have):

• Experience with GPU/AI server environments (NVIDIA, AMD, etc.).
• Familiarity with liquid-cooling systems and rack-level deployment.
• Knowledge of Linux-based system administration.
• Prior experience in large-scale data center projects.
• Korean language is a plus.
