Supporting the Head of Business Performance, your role is vital in the optimisation of Rest's operational efficiency, improving client satisfaction through the delivery of customer initiatives, and supporting informed decision-making in a team of client services professionals.

You’ll collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure our business needs are understood through written and verbal communication and enhance the overall project experience by practicing the Agile Project Management Framework.

You’ll use data to identify improved sales, account management, and education reporting record-keeping opportunities. Your role involves effectively managing collaboration tools and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing performance reports to drive Rest's growth, success, and exceptional value delivery to Members, employers and partners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and translate user needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Support project management activities including scope, deliverables, risks, and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM and other systems for effective data flow, client tracking, and insights generation.
  • Maintain performance reporting frameworks and support regular stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems through audits and validation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage and maintain accurate client data.
  • Ensure client data is up-to-date, consistent, and accessible for informed decision-making

Qualifications

  • IIBA® or similar industry standard certification preferred.
  • Advanced diplomas or certifications in business management, data analytics, or project management can be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Required experience, understanding or credentials including:

  • Ability to understand business functionality and interdependencies.
  • Ability to gather information to assist with writing business cases.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, consultation, negotiation and reporting/presentation skills, including the ability to influence people at all levels, and foster and maintain collaborative working relationships both within organisation.
  • Ability to generate meaningful insights from complex data sets and present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
  • Demonstrable experience working with excel and reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
