Position Description

The Corporate Contract Processor II position is responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure all types of sales from complex equity sales to new sales for all sales centers. This position is also responsible for the verification of all deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information. Additionally, this position is responsible for the daily update of demographic, sales personnel and marketing information.

Essential Duties And Tasks:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure all types of sales of Latitudes packages and timeshare purchases from new sales to complex equity sales. Additionally responsible for printing contracts, as needed, directly to Sales Center locations.
  • Conducts deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications, and delinquency verifications. Prepares documents for property transfers. Collects and posts outstanding balances for mortgages and Condo Association receivables in various software applications. Assists management with training.
  • Performs audits of daily sales, to ensure all contracts are within processing guidelines and ready to be submitted for recording. Identifies and documents any challenges and properly routes action items. Prepares and processes corrective documents.
  • Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures and ensures that both internal and external customers are provided the utmost level of customer service.
  • Processes daily Sales deposits and runs reporting to ensure new revenue received balances with system information

Education And/Or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 2-3 years of contract preparation experience
  • 2-3 years cash handling experience

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed. 
  • Must be able to multi-task. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent cash handling skills. 
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM. 
  • Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. 
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized. 

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, sit; use hands and finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to drive to and from locations throughout the area. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to noise and fluctuations in temperature. The Contract Processor must be flexible to adapt to immediate changing situations and environments based on team and guest needs.

Work Schedule:

Must be flexible as needed for business operations, including weekends and holidays. Schedule/shift may vary based on business needs.
