Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Associate Director of Omnichannel Growth Analytics for a top 10 Pharma Client’s Oncology Portfolio.

You will be the lead voice in client rooms evaluating media performance across channels of digital engagement as well as advancing measurement programs to close gaps in decision support.

Preferred candidates will bring deep expertise in omnichannel analytics, a strong understanding of the Oncology therapeutic area and bring a well-rounded toolbox of analytical methods including statistical analysis, Market Mix Modeling and curiosity and aptitude to learn and apply new methods including Agentic AI and Generative AI Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-specific measurement plans that provide decision grade insight to evaluate performance of media plans.
  • Advance monthly, quarterly and end-of-year reports and present them to clients
  • Create a learning agenda to continually optimize media plan execution and close knowledge gaps
  • Keeping clients and colleagues apprised of emerging measurement methodologies related to digital optimization and cross channel attribution.
  • Provide research vendor POVs, selection and RFPs, as appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing and training a team of 2-3 analysts and managers in NYC and India in media math, analytics fundamentals and guide them on how to create compelling performance narratives.
  • Ensure Media operations processes (taxonomy, campaign nomenclature and map to reporting) are aligned with client needs.
  • Proactively collaborate internally across other Craft teams (e.g. Paid Search, Addressable, POC, Video) to ensure a data driven approach to Strategy, Communications Design and Partnerships.
  • Work with Client Advice & Management to identify opportunities to better support client needs.
  • Develop staffing and proposals for any of your client projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics); advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, with at least 5 years in omnichannel or digital analytics.
  • Deep understanding of the Oncology therapeutic area, including market access, patient needs, and HCP engagement.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) , marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe) and Third party measurement (e.g. Crossix, IQVIA)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present them to executive audiences.
  • Experience managing teams and driving analytics strategy in a matrixed organization.

Tech & Tools Experience

  • Data Management & Visualization: PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, SQL/Python, Snowflake, experience with AI tools a plus.
  • Media Reporting Tools: Google Campaign Manager (DCM), SA360, Social Media Platforms (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with and ability to quickly adapt to emerging agentic AI, generative AI capabilities.
