Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Director of Finance to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving our organization's success in this dynamic market.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 members of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with Executive committees to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Present financial reports and analysis to the board of directors and corporate office.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a senior finance role
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Czech accounting standards 
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in advanced financial systems and data analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry or corporate environment
• Fluency in English and Czech languages
