Job Description

• • Craft and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue across rooms, groups, and global channels.
• • Lead forecasting with confidence, ensuring accuracy that empowers bold business decisions.
• • Use IDEAS G3 to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• • Elevate rate loading and inventory controls in Opera PMS with flawless attention to detail.
• • Bring fresh intelligence to RevMAX strategy meetings, influencing leaders with clarity and conviction.
• • Stay ahead of the competition with sharp market and competitor set analyses.
• • Partner with Sales & Marketing to design irresistible offers and packages for our discerning clientele.
• • Support Total Hotel Profit Optimization: where rooms, dining, and experiences work together to exceed expectations.
• • Inspire cross-department collaboration, embedding revenue culture into the heart of the hotel.

Qualifications

• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of revenue experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS; hands-on experience with IDEAS G3 is highly valued.
• Strong analytical acumen, balanced with creative problem-solving.
• Confidence to present, influence, and lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage.
• A mindset that blends precision with passion, detail with vision.
