Come join the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team, within the Digital Technology organization, & work with a talented group of PMs, developers, designers, and researchers. What you get to do in this role:
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications/solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teams

- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based applications, using ServiceNow Platform & other cloud platforms
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the team adopts best practices and remains at the forefront of technical innovation.
- Work closely with architects and senior developers to define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practice coding standards
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage resources effectively, balancing project priorities and team workloads
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals
- Demonstrate expertise in SaaS platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimal cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow.
- Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud hosted applications
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Adoption of Agentic and Gen AI solutions to deliver customer grade experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 15 years of related experience building & leading delivery of multiple enterprise-grade applications
- Strong demonstrated ability of leading & managing engineering or application teams for at-least 3 years
- Leading Full Stack Development teams (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, & deployment covering all backend and UI/UX aspects)
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the developer productivity (Usage of Open AI, Windsurf, Cursor etc.)
- Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript background
- Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including:
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Messaging Systems: Kafka, Dell Boomi
- Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Catchpoint
- Web Infrastructure: API Gateways, CDNs
