At Microblink, we're seeking a Product Manager for Internal Tools, BI & Analytics to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the systems that power our internal operations. This role plays a critical part in aligning engineering, operations, and business leadership, ensuring that every team has access to the tools and insights they need to operate at their best.

You’ll take full ownership of the internal platforms lifecycle—including data pipelines, BI dashboards, analytics frameworks, and productivity tools. Your impact will be defined by how effectively you enable teams across the organization to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven decisions, ultimately contributing to Microblink’s growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Here's what you'll do

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for internal tools, BI, and analytics platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions.Lead prioritization and planning to balance quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data pipelines, governance, and self-service capabilities.
  • Own the delivery of intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that enable decision-making across the organization.
  • Drive adoption of internal tools through clear communication, training, and change management.
  • Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously iterate to maximize business value.

You'll be successful in this role if you have

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in internal tools, BI, data, or analytics products.
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, ETL processes, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and operations teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • The ability to balance technical depth with business priorities; fluent in both stakeholder and developer conversations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with SQL or equivalent data query tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of internal tools and delivering measurable business impact.
