Internship (OJT) : Brand Team

Brand Comms:

• Contribute to brainstorming of campaign ideas (including seeding kits, social media publishing guidelines) for adidas DTC and adidas Wholesale Partners
• Support brand and agencies during on-ground events (ex. registration, monitoring of media posts)
• Monitor and track deliverables from KOLs and athletes for product seeding

Spoma:

• Work with the product specialist to compile information for product seeding and assist in seeding preparations and deliveries
• Assist product specialist on Head Office Stockroom Promo inventory count
• Assist Product Deck encoding for presentations to partners & internal adidas (PFF, NU, etc)

Qualifications:

• Marketing/ Business related course
• Prefer a mandatory internship for school credit.
• Mandatory: At least 3rd year college with good track record in extra-curricular activities and project management.
• Sending HLD Calendar
• Setting up & leading sale events: Sample Sale + Hype Sale
• Project management: Hyperlocal Production & Replenishment Monitoring and Coordination
• Data Reporting: Follow Up Sell Through Reports + Sell Through report template creation
• Data Reporting: Consolidation of Qualitative Feedback to support Campaign ST
• Market Research: Competitor Check/Market Insights
• Go-to Market (GTM) Support: Sample Showrooms readiness + Brand Day/Sell-in preparations

• BRAND CAMPAIGN REPORTS
• BRAND QUARTERLY INTERNAL NEWSLETTER 

Qualifications:

• Marketing/Business-related
• Experience needed: Brand/category management, Microsoft skills (particularly Excel & Powerpoint)
