Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Product Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of software product management with the technical expertise of business intelligence engineering. The ideal candidate will partner with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver BI solutions that integrate seamlessly with our ERP software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions, product requirements, and user stories.
• Design and implement dashboards, reporting tools, and robust analytics capabilities that provide actionable insights.
• Integrate diverse data sources, harmonize data, and ensure effective data governance.
• Define and prioritize product requirements for BI features and data platform scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate BI software with enterprise-level ERP and SaaS platforms.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and product development.
• Drive adoption of modern data practices, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tools, and visualization platforms.
• Build and manage platforms that support multiple internal teams and scale across diverse use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in Software Product Management and Business Intelligence (BI).
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on data platforms or analytics products.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand data architecture, APIs, and platform scalability challenges.
• Proven experience integrating BI software into enterprise-level ERP or SaaS systems.
• Proficient in data integration, harmonization, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of modern data stack technologies (e.g., cloud data warehouses, ETL/transformation tools, BI visualization platforms).
• Familiarity with both business and IT operations, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Prior work directly with ERP platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data governance practices.
