Job Description

At Collegio alla Querce, we celebrate the artistry of hospitality and the precision required to create unforgettable dining experiences. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our operational leadership, ensuring the seamless delivery of service across all food and beverage outlets, including fine dining, casual venues, and room service. You will collaborate closely with the culinary team and operational departments to curate exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service at every touchpoint.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the F&B team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities among staff.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout all outlets.
  • Operations & Service Standards
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, bars, and room service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely, precise, and high-quality delivery of food and beverages.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and luxury standards.

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure that every interaction contributes to a memorable and personalized luxury experience.
  • Support operational teams in organizing events, banquets, and in-house functions as needed.

Supplies & Equipment Management

  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining stock levels for all F&B outlets.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B supervision within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including room service and multi-outlet management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and operational procedures.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
