Job Description
At Auberge Resorts Collection, we celebrate the artistry of pastry and the precision required to create lasting culinary impressions. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be an essential member of the kitchen leadership team, contributing your expertise to craft exceptional desserts, breads, and confections that elevate the dining experience and leave a memorable mark on every guest.

Pastry Creation & Execution
- Create, implement, and train menus for pastry, bread, ice cream, and select amenities in accordance with cost-controlled recipes.
- Develop daily features and special menus with the guidance and approval of the chef, ensuring alignment with the outlet’s culinary vision.
Operational Excellence
- Work all pastry positions and operate independently in the kitchen, including pantry and banquet roles, according to business demands.
- Assist the chef with specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, offering training and daily prep or technique support to strengthen skills and consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Education in culinary arts, with a focus on pastry and baking techniques.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within luxury hospitality.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in various baking methods, including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating techniques.
Attention To Detail
- Strong focus on precision and detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation of pastries and desserts.
