Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, is a former cultural institution and much-beloved boarding school that went through extensive transformation to awaken the property’s storied and romantic history, dating back to the 16th century. Auberge’s third out four currently open European destinations, Collegio is a delight for design lovers and gourmands alike. Three adjacent original buildings feature 83 rooms, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants and a bar which was once the school’s principal’s office. Job Description

As a Concierge, you will be entrusted with curating bespoke, memorable experiences that extend far beyond the expected. By anticipating guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring seamless execution, you will play a vital role in elevating every stay into something truly unforgettable.

Concierge Expertise
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the property, local area, and surrounding region.
- Secure and coordinate access to sought-after experiences, whether spa appointments, private excursions, or hard-to-book events.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with precision and creativity, from exclusive in-town dining reservations to unique cultural, recreational, and off-property experiences that showcase the very best of the destination and beyond.
Seamless Coordination & Problem Solving
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest requests are executed flawlessly.
- Address unexpected challenges with calm, thoughtful, and discreet solutions that uphold the highest standards of luxury.
Guest Communication & Relationship Building
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for guest inquiries, delivering service with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.
- Build meaningful relationships that encourage guest loyalty and repeat visits.
Brand Representation
- Embody the Auberge spirit of elegance and authenticity in every interaction, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
Guest Feedback & Insights
- Actively gather and relay guest preferences, feedback, and insights to management and colleagues, helping to continually refine and personalize the Auberge experience.

Qualifications
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment, ideally within a prestigious brand or similar high-end service establishments.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- An innate passion for curating exceptional, personalized experiences for each guest, with the ability to anticipate their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and create memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of luxury service.
- A poised, polished demeanor that reflects the elegance and warmth of Collegio alla Querce. The ability to engage guests with grace while managing multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity, discretion, and resourcefulness, ensuring positive outcomes while protecting the privacy and security of our guests.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in additional languages required to support our international clientele.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with luxury hotel management software, reservation systems, and office tools.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Availability
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the hotel.
