EdgeTier is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Project Lead to deliver a key 3-month fixed-term project, based on-site in our Dublin office. This is an immediate start.

This role will focus on the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of a new cohort of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will manage the project from start to finish, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding, while taking an initial concept for assessment centres and developing it into a structured, engaging, and scalable process.

What You’Ll Be Doing

End-to-End Recruitment Project Ownership

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BDR roles, from advertising through to offer and onboarding.
  • Draft and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using creative and targeted approaches.

Assessment Centre Development & Delivery

  • Take the existing concept for assessment centres and build it into a full, deliverable structure.
  • Design and produce supporting materials, exercises, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Facilitate and run the assessment centres, ensuring a fair, consistent, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine competencies and align assessment activities with role requirements.

Candidate & Hiring Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and timely communication.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the project.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Lead onboarding for successful candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into EdgeTier.
  • Welcome and support new joiners as they start their journey in the BDR team.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, with proven expertise in running high-volume/cohort hiring projects.
  • Direct experience hiring for sales roles, ideally BDR/SDR teams.
  • Strong track record in designing, developing, and running assessment centres.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What We’Re Looking For

Required

  • Technically savvy and very comfortable working with complex systems and workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Recruitment experience in a tech startup.
