We Offer:
- Compensation - $73,900.00 Fixed Rate
- Work Environment: Hybrid (in the office for the first 3 months of training, then one day in the office per week thereafter)

Job Description
As our Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily AR operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and guide your team to success. You’ll work closely with the AR Manager to strengthen financial processes, drive efficiency, and foster a customer-focused culture.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of three AR specialists (with potential to grow to four or five) and provide hands-on coaching and development
- Oversee accurate, timely processing of AR transactions and general ledger coding
- Monitor five key weekly tasks to keep the team on track and accountable
- Manage month-end close for AR, including reconciliations and reporting
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on course
- Drive process improvements and implement scalable AR solutions
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Attend ~15 monthly director meetings in Minnesota and take detailed notes
- Maintain thorough documentation of AR processes
- Lead or contribute to special projects enhancing AR technology and operations
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AR expertise
- 2+ years of management experience with coaching and performance oversight
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Proven ability to lead a team with diverse personalities and work styles
- Calm, solutions-focused approach to resistance and change
Nice To Have:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification
- Experience improving AR processes and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Therap, Minutes, OnBase, Workday
- Familiarity with room-and-board billing and Social Security processes
