Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our Customer Success team. In this comprehensive role, you will guide customers through their entire AI journey - from initial solution architecture and technical discovery in pre-sales to hands-on implementation and optimization post-sale. This position requires both strategic thinking to articulate the value of our platform and technical depth to ensure successful deployment in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Deeply understand customer business challenges, mapping them to technical solutions and crafting compelling AI prototypes on the Articul8 platform that address real business objectives.
  • Customer Enablement: Lead technical workshops, hackathons, and training sessions to help customers envision AI transformation and empower their teams for ongoing success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to position the platform and deliver best-fit solutions.
  • Platform Deployment: Oversee installation, configuration, and scaling of the Articul8 platform in customer environments, ensuring high standards of security, reliability, and performance.
  • Custom Engineering: Develop and implement tailored workflow solutions to meet unique customer needs and requirements.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Architect and tune Kubernetes-based environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises for infrastructure excellence.
  • Ongoing Training: Deliver enablement workshops and documentation to support long-term customer autonomy and expansion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine deployments for cost-effectiveness, performance scalability, and resilience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback and relay it to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap and product enhancements based on actual customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery, with a proven track record of engaging and advising executive and technical leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization.
  • Strong foundation in modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go with hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Demonstrated skill in building effective prototypes, demos, and production-ready deployments.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive and engineering audiences, with strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Expertise in generative AI building blocks and at least one specialization in AI/ML pipelines, API design, data engineering, vector/graph databases, or AI model orchestration.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for customer workshops, deployments, and support as necessary.
