This isn’t your typical B2B marketing role. As our Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you’ll turn complex ideas into stories people actually want to read — and make sure Siro’s value shines through every piece.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and own a content roadmap that drives awareness and fuels pipeline growth.
  • Lead the creation of standout content across formats — blogs, case studies, webinars, videos, social, email, and more.
  • Make sure content gets found and loved: optimize for SEO, manage the calendar, and keep it easy to share.
  • Partner with demand gen so content isn’t just pretty words — it actually drives leads and nurtures them.
  • Track what’s working (traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.), learn fast, and keep leveling up.
  • Keep our voice, style, and story consistent everywhere our brand shows up.

Requirements

  • 6‑8+ years of experience in content marketing or similar, ideally in B2B technology
  • A storyteller at heart — strong writing and editing chops that turn ideas into narratives people remember.
  • Can speak to anyone, whether it’s a field sales rep or a Fortune 50 CEO.
  • Proven track record building content programs that actually move the needle (traffic, leads, engagement).
  • Knows SEO, distribution, and how to stretch content from first draft to repurpose-ready.
  • Thrives in cross-functional chaos — juggling priorities and adapting on the fly.
  • Clear communicator and organized project wrangler.
  • Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in comedy writing (we love a good laugh).
