About The Role
Lead and manage organizational goal and objective in the assigned creating standardized Medical Marketing Practice & Market Access by developing medical marketing strategy and activities plan aligned with Business and Brand Strategy, Medical Field Condition, iHCP Policy, WHO Code, and Local Government regulation to drive Health Care Professionals (HCP) recommendation and engagement as well as user acquisition toward Reckitt products in Medical channel. Ensuring strong collaboration with brand team, regulatory, compliance and other function at all level operation and execution. Provide clear directions and strong leadership to the medical team.
Your Responsibilities
- • Lead and develop Medical Marketing Strategy with Brand Strategy and comply to iHCP Policy, WHO code and local government regulation.
- • Develop and execute Medical Marketing activities plan that aligned with Business and Brand strategy.
- • Own and drive Infant segment include specialties portfolio within medical channel
- • Monitor, tracks and assesses the effectiveness of implemented activity/program and share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness.
- • Liaise closely with SFE and Medial sales director to ensure medical GTM effectiveness
- • Build and maintain Strong engagement, mapping and development plan for related National and Local KOL.
- • Own and manage Medical Marketing Budget accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
- • Work with Medical Science to identify and develop engagement plan of national and local KOL and institution for related product to support Reckitt reimbursement access.
- • Develop & execute scientific meeting with related KOL to engage and gain their influence for Reckitt reimbursement process.
The Experience We'Re Looking For
- • Experience in Medical or Marketing team with min 5 years and working directly with customers and or exposure to Pharmaceutical industry.
- • Ideally a combination of Medical marketing/sales and Brand management experience.
- • Understanding of pharmaceutical/medical market conditions, products approaches, to ensure that all activities reflect the actual needs of the targeted audiences.
- • Understanding of customers and the competition. Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
- • Demonstrated ability to apply Reckitt operating philosophy and operate within company policies and objectives.
- • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company and through various formats.
- • Experience of working directly with customers/HCPs, opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staff as well as broad exposure to the healthcare industry and its competitors
- • Experience working closely with other centralized sales support functions.
- • Through understanding of marketplace dynamics including healthcare customer base; and comparative strengths and weaknesses of competitor’s product.
- • Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
