Section Head, Family Office 1

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Section Head, Family Office at RHB Asset Management. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the Regional Head of Family Office while establishing and nurturing relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients.

What you will be doing

• Achieve sales targets set by the Regional Head of Family Office
• Lead a team of Relationship Managers to deliver bespoke financial and investment solutions tailored to meet the complex needs of our High Net Worth clientele
• Oversee the smooth execution of end-to-end Family Office business activities, ensuring exceptional client experience and adherence to regulatory standards
• Establish and develop strong relationships by providing bespoke services and solutions to Ultra High Net Worth clients
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers in delivering tailored solutions to High Net Worth clients
• Ensure smooth operation of all Family Office business activities end-to-end
• Manage client experience and expectations to prevent financial losses and litigation, maintaining high client satisfaction
• Assist in business process reviews and develop improvements to close gaps among stakeholders and build the business
• Comply with all relevant Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission, and Bursa Malaysia

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in wealth management or family office services, preferably managing Ultra High Net Worth clients
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of financial and investment solutions for High Net Worth clients
• Ability to manage complex client expectations and deliver superior client experience
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in Malaysia
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
