Identity and Access Manager

Your Day-To-Day:

• Create the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Develop and enforce processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide expertise in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain privileged access management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security protocols.
• Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and certifications to ensure appropriate access levels.

Your Skills & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Foundational knowledge of information security principles and governance frameworks.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and track progress effectively.
• Hands-on experience with IAM concepts, including authentication vs. authorization, elevated/privileged access, federated access, SSO, and MFA.
• Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts, such as identity lifecycle, role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and separation of duties.

Nice to have:
• Experience with collaboration and project management tools like Atlassian (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IAM-related features.

Salary:

• Gross salary: 3950-5800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
