The Role
Join our Global Supply Chain Operations team and lead the charge in building Pure Storage's next-generation circular supply chain. As the Senior Manager of Reverse & Remanufacturing Operations, you will be the key operational leader responsible for building and scaling the supply chain for our emerging remanufactured product lines and subscription services. This entrepreneurial and high-impact role sits at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution, where you will partner directly with our Remanufacturing Business Unit to create new revenue streams and enable new customer segments.
What You'Ll Do
- Drive the end-to-end operational strategy for our reverse logistics and remanufacturing programs, leading asset recovery, refurbishment, testing, and redeployment to ensure speed, control, and profitability.
- Establish scalable operational workflows and tools that translate commercial requirements into flawless supply chain execution, ensuring programs meet key performance targets and timelines.
- Manage and optimize relationships with Contract Manufacturers and Service Partners, monitoring performance across cost, quality, and delivery KPIs to ensure accountability and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional program enablement by partnering with stakeholders in Planning, Finance, and Product Management to align execution processes with business goals and drive seamless integration across the supply chain.
- Develop and implement data-driven reporting to track key performance metrics, connecting returns forecasting and remanufactured supply with production schedules to inform strategic planning and reduce costs.
What You Bring
- Expertise in supply chain operations, reverse logistics, manufacturing, or asset recovery, with a proven track record of scaling new business programs.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and ERP/Planning tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and a high ownership mindset with a passion for building new capabilities.
- Clear communication and influencing skills, capable of synthesizing complex data and driving resolution across diverse technical, business, and external partner teams.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
