What Will You Do

• Source and screen acquisition targets using industry databases, market intelligence, and direct outreach
• Build target profiles with traffic data, audience insights, and competitive positioning
• Develop financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) and valuation ranges
• Support the full deal process — from due diligence and data rooms to closing documentation
• Track industry trends and competitor moves, helping refine acquisition strategy
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, structured way

We Expect You To Have

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity/VC, consulting, or digital media operations
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Solid research and analytical abilities — able to connect market insights with business impact
• Experience preparing clear presentations, memos, or recommendations for stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset — you work well with cross-functional teams and external partners

Gross Salary

• 3000 - 3700 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
