About The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Analytics & Data Insights Specialist to unlock the full potential of our Salesforce environment and customer journey data. This role goes beyond traditional data analysis, our ideal candidate will be a wizard at Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Analytics (CRMA), and predictive tools, helping us transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across marketing, admissions, and operations.

The role will focus on reporting, predictive modelling, pipeline analysis, and dashboarding directly within Salesforce and integrated tools (e.g. Tableau, Data Studio). You will advise on patterns, gaps, and opportunities in our pipeline, measuring the success of initiatives and enabling leadership to act on reliable insights.

You will be a trusted advisor and independent problem solver capable of working autonomously, but also collaborating closely across teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency in how data is used and communicated.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards and reports to track marketing, recruitment and admissions KPIs.
  • Build and maintain predictive and analytical models within Salesforce to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership, marketing, and admissions teams.
  • Establish and standardise reporting formats across intakes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Partner with marketing, recruitment, admissions, and technology teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct deep analysis of the full customer journey lifecycle, surfacing opportunities for process and conversion improvements.
  • Proactively identify and define new opportunities to optimise reporting, analytics, and predictive insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and reliability across Salesforce and connected platforms.
  • Prepare presentations and reports that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc data and analytics requests, including market research projects where relevant.
  • Work closely with marketing, admissions and recruitment to support their data requests. Support other data requests as requested. 
  • Other duties in respect of the Company as may be reasonably assigned by your team manager

Requirements And Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Salesforce CRM and analytics-heavy role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics), and dashboards.
  • Skilled in building reports, creating predictive models, and leveraging Salesforce’s native and integrated analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Data Studio, or other BI tools (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey data, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
