About The Role
Peloton is seeking an experienced Immigration & Mobility Specialist to assist in maintaining our existing programs and processes. This team member will focus on relocation, immigration policy and processing, and compliance with US and international immigration laws and regulations. The position will be based out of Peloton’s NYC HQ and will report to the Director of Global Benefits.
Your Daily Impact At Peloton
- Act as the primary resource for existing, former, and future employees regarding all aspects of immigration and relocation
- Manage the full lifecycle of work permits, visas, and permanent residency applications, coordinating with external legal counsel
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and manage the relocation process, visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation for international transfers
- Proactively create and communicate relocation packages for candidates and employees
- Act as a liaison between employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure robust program compliance, maintaining meticulous records and audit trails
- Ensure tax compliance of relocation packages by collaborating with Payroll and Accounting departments
- Coordinate with external relocation service providers to ensure seamless employee relocation
- Maintain accurate data in global mobility systems and internal HRIS
- Generate reports and analyze mobility data to identify trends and measure program effectiveness
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams with related projects, as needed
You Bring To Peloton
- 3+ years of experience managing immigration processes, global mobility, or related programs
- Understanding of international and domestic relocation policies
- Practical knowledge of global immigration laws, processes, and visa types (e.g., H-1B, L-1, EAD, Permanent Residence for US; Intra-company transfers, Skilled Worker Visas for other regions)
- Knowledge of international tax, compensation, and payroll processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across disciplines
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Passion for fostering a productive and positive employee/candidate experience

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
