Tax Manager (Public Accounting)

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our public accounting team and lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned tax professional with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for client service.
This role is fully onsiteSalary: $110-130k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax clients.
• Review and sign off on complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to minimize liabilities and support client goals.
• Research and interpret changes in tax laws; communicate impacts to clients and staff.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client tax matters, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax accountants.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years tax accounting experience
• Prior CPA firm experience
