Position Summary/Tóm lược về vị trí The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, cost efficiency, and quality. This role focuses online balancing, work standardization, manpower calculation, layout improvement, and supporting continuous improvement projects.Industrial Engineer chịu trách nhiệm phân tích, thiết kế và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất nhằm đạt hiệu quả cao về năng suất, chi phí và chất lượng. Design and optimize production line layouts to improve material flow and efficiency.Thiết kế và tối ưu layout dây chuyền sản xuất (line layout) để cải thiện dòng chảy vật liệu và hiệu suất.2. Perform line balancing based on cycle time, tack time, and production requirements.Thực hiện line balancing dựa trên cycle time, tack time và sản lượng yêu cầu.3. Calculate and propose appropriate manpower levels for each production line.Tính toán và đề xuất số lượng nhân công hợp lý cho từng dây chuyền.4. Develop and maintain Work Instructions (WI) and Production Line LayoutXây dựng và duy trì Work Instruction (WI), Production Line Layout5. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement actions.Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất, xác định điểm nghẽn và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến.6. Support PE/Production in line setup, model transfer, and NPI activities.Hỗ trợ PE/Production trong việc setup line mới, model transfer, NPI.7. Collaborate with QA to ensure processes meet quality standards.Phối hợp với QA để đảm bảo quy trình đáp ứng yêu cầu chất lượng. Supervisory Responsibilities – List Teams/Groups/ Trách nhiệm Giám sát – Liệt kê Đội/NhómN/A Knowledge & Experience/Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm1. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing (electronics preferred).Có 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự trong lĩnh vực sản xuất (ưu tiên điện tử).2. English proficiency in technical reading and documentation.Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật.3. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and IE tools (time study, capacity study…).Thành thạo Excel, AutoCAD, và các công cụ IE (time study, capacity study…).4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, giải quyết vấn đề và lập kế hoạch. Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhậnBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields.Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc các ngành liên quan. Work Conditions/ Điều kiện làm việc1. 48hours per week/ 48 giờ 1 tuần.2. Working in the office, the production area /Làm việc tại văn phòng, khu vực sản xuất;3.
