Supervisor Safety Health & Environment

Implementation of Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environmental initiatives/practices in alignment with local and international standards.

Conduct regular occupational Health, Safety, Security, and Environment inspection and implement timely/effective corrective actions.

Ensure accurate/timely documentation, eventual correction, and preventive care of employees' HSE incidents/accidents

Conduct regular and continuous workplace education/workshop for employees on relevant office Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environment policies, procedures, and practices.

Build relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies on matters related to Health, Safety, and Environment

Collaborate with other internal functions in the implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local laws/regulations

Ensure legal requirements for Health, Safety and Environment are properly identified and implemented such as permits, certificates, reports, etc.

Ensure timely submission of reports to DENR, DOLE, and other government agencies.

Perform admin tasks related to HSSSE such as billing/payment preparation, RFP, PO preparation, and others as necessary.

Manage and support onsite certifications related to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate working knowledge, comprehension, and application of local regulations on Health, Safety, and Environment
• Certified training in industry Health, Safety, Security, and Environment and regulatory standards. (BOSH, Basic PCO Training)
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Nursing, or a similar related discipline preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
