Product Manager – Marketplace & Integrations

About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager - Marketplace & Integrations to lead the product vision, design, and execution for our Marketplace and partner integrations. You will own the roadmap for enabling third-party apps, managing integration methods, and ensuring an exceptional developer and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Help us define the vision and strategy for the AMPECO Marketplace, including partner categories, monetization models, and app approval processes;
• Design integration frameworks (APIs, webhooks, SDKs, connectors) and determine the best method of integration for each partner/app type;
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver robust, secure, and scalable integration capabilities.
• Define the end-to-end partner and app lifecycle, from onboarding and security review to publishing and ongoing support;
• Think deeply about the UI/UX to ensure the marketplace is intuitive, engaging, and delivers an excellent customer experience;
• Partner with the business development and partnerships team to define requirements for onboarding and certifying partners, taking inspiration from proven industry models;
• Establish monitoring processes for API changes and integration health, ensuring continued reliability;
• Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to refine features and workflows.

Your Profile

• Experience in product management for B2B SaaS, ideally in enterprise or marketplace environments;
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and partner ecosystems;
• UI/UX sensitivity — you think deeply about the user journey, usability, and design trade-offs;
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams on complex technical implementation decisions;
• Experience working with partner programs, app marketplaces, or API ecosystems is a plus;
• Ability to define clear processes for partner onboarding, security reviews, and product governance;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements;
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
