WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pequot Highlands, a 250-unit mixed-rate residential community located in Salem, MA.
In this role, the ideal candidate will provide support to designated department with daily administrative procedures and special projects. Handle front desk phones and in coming traffic of residents and perspective residents. Please note that the selected candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Please note that the schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

In this role, the ideal candidate will provide support to designated department with daily administrative procedures and special projects. Responsibilities
- Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with overnight shipping.
- Assist with department operations, including: creating department check requests, filing paid invoices, preparing organizational charts and presentations, booking meetings, and setting up conference rooms.
- Handle the Front desk traffic flow
- Monitor wait list and accept applications.
- Complete special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Real Page One Site or other property management software.
