Senior Manager, Practice Operations

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Practice Operations to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 300+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. This role is essential to our scaling strategy as we continue to grow. You will own provider capacity planning, performance analytics, network optimization, and operational excellence initiatives that directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional patient care.

Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain comprehensive and dynamic provider capacity forecasting models and predictive models for provider hiring across all 50 states.
• Conduct state-level growth and capacity analysis to support business targets.
• Develop a robust provider performance strategy, provider coaching programs, and regular reporting across the provider network on key quality initiatives. 
• Oversee provider network optimization and resource allocation decisions.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes for a growing provider network, partnering cross-functionally with clinical leadership, product, growth, and other departments.
• Develop automation and AI strategies for routine operational tasks.
• Own practice operations KPIs—analyze data, set benchmarks, and drive sustained performance across KPIs.
• Manage and develop direct reports, including Network Operations team members.
• Support implementation of new clinical programs and service line expansions.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role or 2+ years management consulting/finance experience, plus 2+ years healthcare operations experience. 
• Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred).
• Proven track record in capacity planning, forecasting, and operational analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management.
