Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support for software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents with precision and speed
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality
  • Perform system diagnostics and updates to ensure optimal performance
  • Support and mentor Level 1 support staff, sharing best practices and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software
  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
  • Good English level

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience supporting PaaS or SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
