You’ll identify opportunities to leverage agentic-AI to create innovative products and features that streamline Investor workflows and unlock new sources of value. From concept through launch, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver a compelling product experience that resonates with Investors and drives measurable impact. Your ability to set clear direction, foster alignment, and inspire execution will be pivotal in bringing this vision to life—and in shaping the next generation of GoodLeap’s Investor solutions.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify near and long-term opportunities, shaping product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster consensus and clarity across teams, demonstrating initiative and executing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Research teams to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with Investors.
• Cultivate a culture of active leadership, emphasizing accountability, support, and a commitment to excellence.
• Promote creativity and innovation within teams, encouraging fresh perspectives and bold ideas to address sustainability challenges.
• Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in prototype development.
• Embrace a scrappy, "in the trenches" mentality, driving from zero to one in building innovative solutions.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

• 7+ years of experience in building successful, digital products.
• Strong track record of launching zero-to-one products from concept to scale.
• Expertise in product discovery, including customer & stakeholder interviews, to uncover both obvious and hidden needs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate insights into clear problem definitions and compelling product value propositions.
• Strong foundation in agentic-AI concepts and comfort applying emerging technologies to real-world product opportunities.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, design, data, operations, and executive teams to align on priorities and deliver results.
• Experienced in shaping and adapting roadmaps, breaking down initiatives into MVPs, and iterating quickly to maximize customer value.
• Confident decision-maker who balances data-driven insights with sound judgment when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
