Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an Engagement and Adoption Senior Consultant with exceptional skills in supporting people through transformation initiatives. As an Engagement and Adoption Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and support change initiatives across multiple projects, primarily focusing on expense and billing transformations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems.
  • Partner with leaders and program stakeholders to consolidate people impacts via change impact assessments and prioritize change activities.
  • Drive key responsibilities including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications planning and execution, training development, and tracking change readiness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at a senior level.

The ideal candidate will have experience with finance transformation projects, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive organizational change in complex environments.

About The Team

You will work alongside experienced leaders and team members supporting communications, engagement, and adoption initiatives. The role reports to the project team with a dotted line to the Engagement and Adoption team’s senior manager. You will partner with leaders accountable for areas such as Finance and Process Optimization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned senior consultant seeking a challenging and impactful role in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management processes and methodologies, including tactics to shift mindsets, behaviors, and achieve results through integrated approaches.
  • Credibility in supporting and managing large-scale people and technology change efforts, with enterprise or functional impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to gain the trust of senior leadership.
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in Prosci or another change management methodology is desirable.
  • Understanding of human behavior, as well as business management, technology, operations, and strategy
  • 5+ years of combined experience in people (culture) and/or technology change management and communications.
  • Proven experience enabling and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end communications strategies.
