The Opportunity
Join our team as a Recruitment Programs Sr. Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in driving talent acquisition initiatives through referral campaigns, campus events, and other strategic programs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about recruitment marketing, program management, and building strong talent pipelines.
In This Role, You’Ll Get To:
- Plan and Execute Referral Campaigns:Design, launch, and manage employee referral campaigns to attract top talent, including campaign communications, tracking, and reporting on results.
- Organize Campus Recruitment Events:Coordinate and execute on-campus and virtual events, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking activities, to engage early-career talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., universities) to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with hiring needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:Track program metrics, analyze campaign/event effectiveness, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Marketing & Communications:Develop engaging content and materials for campaigns and events, leveraging multiple channels (email, social media, internal platforms).
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment program processes, enhance candidate experience, and increase program impact.
- Project Management:Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple concurrent programs and events, ensuring high-quality execution.
What You’Ll Need To Succeed:
- Experience:1–3 years in recruitment marketing, campus recruitment, HR programs, or related fields. Experience running campaigns or events is a plus.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
