Your Purpose

You'll be a key partner to the Chief of Staff of Bitso Business’ General Manager, leading strategic projects and special initiatives within the organization. This is a highly dynamic role where you'll get to work on a wide range of projects, from identifying internal process improvements to helping teams launch new products or business lines, and get involved in cross-functional strategic initiatives that will impact Bitso Business in the medium to long term. You will also support and manage recurring informational and strategy materials for internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

• Between 2 - 4 years of proven experience in a strategy, investing (VC, PE, IB), M&A or consulting.
• A strong understanding of strategic planning and project management principles, with a bias towards action.
• An outstanding ability to think creatively and innovatively to identify and resolve complex problems.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail even if in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills, using insights to inform your suggested solutions to problems and improvement opportunities.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and energetic attitude.
• The ability to be a good team player and also work independently.
• High levels of integrity and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

What You Will Do 

• Lead and execute strategic projects and special initiatives from conception to completion within Bitso Business.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations.
• Project-manage cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for internal process improvements with specific teams or areas of the business unit.
• Analyze market opportunities and collaborate with product teams on potential new product lines or segment expansions.
• Support multiple teams on strategic M&A activity that can ultimately enhance the ability for Bitso Business to serve customers with a world-class product and experience.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines.

Your Team

You will be a high-impact individual contributor reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the General Manager of Bitso Business. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.
