Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer inquiries and support through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls and emails.  
  • Learn and master key tools, such as contact management systems and knowledge bases.  
  • Support investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.  
  • Escalate and triage critical issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.  
  • Provide feedback on processes, offering recommendations to enhance operations.  
  • Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends.  
  • Monitor our grid of chargers  

Your Profile 🫵🏼:

  • You are able to do overnight shift from 00:00 to 7AM
  • You speak French, Portuguese and English fluently (Spanish and Polish are a plus!)
  • You have high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem-solving, decision making and leadership.
  • You have a deep understanding of the user experience and the ability to resolve customer support requests in thoughtful and creative ways
  • You have an interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued
