We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be instrumental in pulling and analyzing data from SAP and other systems, creating insightful dashboards using PowerBi, and providing data-driven recommendations across a range of supply chain functions including spend analysis, inventory optimization, supplier performance, sourcing opportunities, process improvement and logistics efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with large datasets, strong data visualization skills, and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Dashboard Development & Maintenance
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Coordinate with Digital for data mapping and extraction, data integration automation and reporting processes where possible.
  • Data Analysis, Interpretation & Insights
  • Develop data insights collaboratively with relevant Supply Chain areas to identify opportunities for improvement and savings
  • Conduct in-depth spend analysis, inventory level and optimization, and supplier performance assessments and other analysis supporting the overall Supply Chain function.
  • Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise presentations for both Supply Chain and non-Supply Chain audiences.
  • Data Extraction & Reporting
  • Pull, clean, and validate data from SAP S/4 Hana and other relevant systems.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Support Digitalization initiatives
  • Assist with the identification, assessment and selection of Supply Chain technology and tools from 3rd party market or internally
  • Assist with the design, set-up configuration and deployment of selected Supply Chain technology
  • Assess, design, maintain AI, ML and automation tools for existing or new technology
  • Supply Chain Performance Improvement Support
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving processes, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization.
  • Experience with KPI development and build and performance tracking in a supply chain context
  • Recommend data-driven strategies for supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Data Warehouse, Google Big Query, Data Square for data extraction, mapping, data calculations and reporting.
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, R and data visualization tools (Power BI a must) (e.g., Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau).
  • Strong skills in automation software (e.g. UiPath, Winshuttle)
  • Strong skills in AI software (e.g. SAP Joule, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Solid Communications and stakeholder management skills: Work closely with Supply Chain, Digital and Finance teams to understand data fields, data needs, validate assumptions and calculations, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Languages: English required, Spanish a plus

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
