About Your Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate Director to join our Distribution team, responsible for developing and managing relationships with both wholesale clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across client segments and contribute to the growth of our asset management business in a fast-evolving market environment.
This role will be responsible for business development and client relationship management. This is a critical position in the Iberia Sales team, expanding our client base, promoting of our funds with both new and existing clients. Sales promotion to clients includes a broad variety of activities ranging from identifying opportunities to delivery of in-depth fund and investment presentations to various divisions of our clients. The role also includes meeting day-to-day servicing and fund promotion activities of these clients.
As a Sales Associate Director, you will have responsibility to:
- • Conduct sales activities and build deep relationships with branches of mutual fund distributors, family offices and institutional clients alike.
- • Promote and cover new products to our client’s Sales organization and branches.
- • Build and keep personal and trusting relationships with our focus clients such as pensions, banks as well as family offices.
- • Plan and execute mass marketing plan to non-focus clients to increase client-basis.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and financial market.
- • Maintain in-depth knowledge of marketplace and competitive landscape.
- • Closely work with Marketing, Product Specialists, Client Services, and other internal stakeholders including overseas offices to meet client’s need and help generate business.
- • Work with other team members for both relationship management and fund promotion.
About You :
- Higher education in Business/Economics or equivalent
- 7-10 years of Sales experience in Asset Management industry or related industry• Expertise in investment strategies and financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and FX.• Extensive knowledge of investment management business in Spain.• Self-starter, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to take a logical approach to problem solving, determine appropriate priorities, and therefore leading to the best solution.• Enthusiastic and flexible attitude with experience working on a wide range of fields• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a flexible and proactive approach to resolving conflicts and overcoming problems
- Experienced in presenting to large audiences with effective verbal and written communication skills to build on strong commercial relationships
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Good PC knowledge with strong analytical skills
