IDC Support Technician

Responsibilities :

• Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time • Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required• Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems• Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC • Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary;• Other IDC duties as assigned from time to timeQualifications:
• High school diploma or GED minimum; • Prior related support experience preferred;• Skilled in use of personal computers and software applications (Technology-savvy)• A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills• Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others• Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot• Ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent Interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and administrative skill• Bilingual (French and English) - written/spoken • Must be available 40 hours/week - Sunday through Thursday • Opportunity to grow within the organization;As an equal opportunity employer, Intelcom celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
