Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is seeking a Program Management Specialist (level 3) to join the Defense team in Dallas, TX.

In this role, the focus will be on supporting new efforts, supporting domestic and international customers.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)
• Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers
• May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrate project data for decision makers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 4+ years’ experience in a role requiring project management skills, tools, and processes
• Experience working in a cross functional environment
• Managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze and generate reports.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• Experience with U.S. and international government programs
• Experience in International sustainment programs
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
• Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze and generate reports.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $77,000 - $110,000
