Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving alignment across product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-impact customer outcomes. You’ll own program planning, execution, and success metrics. streamlining processes, resolving dependencies, and ensuring scalable product delivery that moves the business forward.

About The Team

Our team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to be an integral part of the Product Operations team, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer outcomes. The goal is to help product teams (PMs, engineers, UX, etc.) work efficiently, make good decisions, stay aligned, and scale work.

About The Role

As a Senior Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple product teams. Specifically, your focus will be to:

• Partner with product managers, engineering leads and user experience teams to plan and drive a cohesive roadmap across multiple product teams.
• Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes that can be attributed towards meeting business objectives.
• Provide Agile experience and ability to drive best practices to support efforts to identify, communicate and resolve project risks, dependencies and other issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient program workflows, including managing product lifecycles, release cycles, and go-to-market strategies. 
• Communicate with senior management and executive leadership to keep them abreast of critical roadblocks and create action plans to drive towards resolution.
• Fostering a positive work culture that breeds collaboration, team camaraderie and a high level of accountability in meeting our customer outcomes.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:

• 5+ years managing large scale, complex projects and programs
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence without having direct authority over resources
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles, current technology trends and proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Jira, and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work within all levels of an organisation, including working with senior management
• Eager to jump in.  You are willing to help where needed.  You know that sometimes you have to first fill the shoes in order to understand the nuances and complexities of a situation in order to determine the best path forward.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. You can see the big picture even when it’s fuzzy.  You bring clarity and organisation to big ideas and help teams make progress even when things are unclear.
• Continuous learner. You love hearing new ideas and are constantly evolving your toolkit of resources.
