As an Operational Excellence Specialist this is a unique opportunity to shape global finance processes and drive meaningful change across our organization. You’ll bring deep expertise in Record to Report and a passion for continuous improvement to help us optimize global finance operations.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate across functions within Finance to enhance the End-to-End Record to Report process
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective cross-functional solutions
• Support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in Shared Service Centers
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and hands-on leadership
• Maintain Record to Report documentation and ensure global process adherence
• Develop metrics to measure process quality and productivity, and share feedback with stakeholders
• Lead smaller projects and contribute as a subject matter expert in larger programs

What We Are Looking For:

• Lean Six Sigma qualified – Green Belt
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Experience in continuous improvement roles
• Effective communicator – comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Motivated to influence and align teams toward shared goals
