For Linklaters in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the BD Senior Coordinator role.
About The Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders, lawyers, and partners globally.
BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing, business development, data, and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth, nurturing our priority client relationships, and strengthening the firm’s reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics, creative design, and event coordination.

You will be responsible for
- Assisting in the execution and tracking business development (BD) projects and activities, ensuring alignment with firm objectives
- Managing and drafting legal directory and award submissions (e.g. Chambers & Partners, Legal 500), including liaising with practice teams to collect relevant information
- Updating and maintaining project and activity trackers and logs, with regular use of Salesforce for data management
- Assisting in the preparation and organisation of client-facing materials, working with dedicated pitch teams to ensure client needs are met and materials are brand compliant
- Supporting the maintenance and organisation of practice and sector BD materials for consistency and accessibility
- Collaborating closely with BD Managers, BD Advisors, and the Marketing Communications team to deliver on strategic BD plans and raise the profile of practice groups
- Providing logistical and administrative support for BD projects, meetings, and events to ensure effective delivery of tasks
