任职资格/技术水平要求

机械/自动化专业，3~4年机械制造企业工作经验 熟悉夹具，工具和机械/电气设备的结构和设计 了解装配工艺和精益生产模式 良好的财务基础，用于非标准设备的成本核算和支出控制 良好的英语读、写、读、说能力，特别是图纸和WI 良好的团队合作能力，解决问题的能力 良好的沟通能力和供应商谈判能力 熟悉AUTOCAD软件和制图机图纸；熟悉PLC程序和电气控制，熟悉PC接口控制系统；熟悉机械，机加工技术

工作职责

确定详细的工程技术要求并与供应商沟通以确保良好的实施 规范和编制常规测试设备和备件清单 提供设备/夹具的安全标准以符合公司间的需求 与工程人员一起建立量具R & R测量，以控制CPK并符合 采取预防措施/Poke-Yoke模式以减少/消除夹具/设备缺陷 新设备的测量和检查地址处于良好状态 提供设备/夹具的安全标准，检查和维护计划，然后移交给EM团队 负责培训操作员正确、安全地使用和操作设备 协助工程师纠正和改进设备故障和缺陷
