Executive Manager, PACE Tooling & Planning

Role Overview

The Executive Manager, Pace Tooling and Planning, is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of tooling and planning initiatives within the Pace framework. This role involves driving technology transformation and managing complex enterprise-wide changes to align with the organisation's strategic objectives.   

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of tooling strategies that enable Pace Ways of Working.
• Drive technology transformation to improve business outcomes.
• Manage large-scale change programmes across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tooling and planning processes seamlessly.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support successful change management.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Pace Tooling and Planning team.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, adapting as needed.
• Key Skills and Experience
• Prior Executive Manager level experience leading and delivering large-scale initiatives in complex organisational environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide change programmes and advising Group Executives on tooling strategies.
• Experienced in implementing AI solutions for tool automation i.e. in Jira, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and data architecture.
• Previous background in consulting or business partnering at Group Executive level.
